To create a web site for your food-buying club:

Enter a one-word title:This will be your URL. (e.g. if you type organic, your URL will be http://foodclub.org/organic/) This cannot be changed later.

Distribution company:This is the distributor / wholesaler that you will place orders from. (optional: may be changed later)
Choose an admin login: (only the admin user will be able to change the above settings):

Admin full name: (optional: may be changed later)
Admin e-mail address: This will be used for no other reason than for the sysadmin(s) of foodclub.org to contact you regarding updates, server issues, etc. It will not be shared with any third-parties, or published in any public space where spammers could get it.
Link this to other account:
(optional: may be set later)		 Use this to link this account to another you have already created. This is useful if you plan on ordering from multiple distributors - each account is for a single distributor, but user logins are shared across the accounts. You'll need to login to the other account to approve the link request.
