bookkeeping calculate should not clear saved flat fees
add rounding fix to split units in bookkeeping status (see Sally's Jun 3 tuscarora order)
look into strange cases of "Separate by user" feature in bookkeeping, reported by Katherine@LMF (see 5/25/2009 e-mails); out-of-stock checkbox checked by default, default prices not set or set incorrectly, etc.
Member fee line doesn't show up in bookkeeping status for items separated by user
percentage fees added after item refunds use the wrong total, not including the refund
fix split_qty_range feature to support fractional split qtys (0.1, 0.2, etc) (reported by Sally Zimmermann)
link to edit user's order on Merged order page goes to own order if name of other user is the same as current user (reported by Sally Zimmermann)
figure out why order totals reported by show_all_accounts script change after running it later (e.g. year 2007 was 225k and is now only 150k)
- hmm, discovered that sum of individual months do not equal year total for 2008
updating from private database currently does not notice items entered only as splits to database
qty value does not go away after adding a single item from order form search list
